1 kilo samcan
50ml kecap asin kental
120ml saus hoisin (kalo ga ada bisa di ganti tauco n bawang putih yg di haluskan,
1sdt go hiong,
3sdm angciu
1sdm brown sugar,
lada n garam secukupnya

Lumuri daging dengan bumbu, diamkan selama 1 jam. Lalu di panggang sampai matang (kering).

    wah thanks banget ya mil buat resep2nya…akhirny kur bisa makan bapang ksukaannya :D..cm ada yang kurang mil..resep sambelnya..hehe..(ngelunjak yaa)..dtunggu ya resep2 u selanjutna..wuehehe..
