Samcan Panggang yang jadi Samcan Goreng

Selain Brownies, bikin samcan panggang juga. Beli samcan yg udh dipotong2 tipis. Kemudian di bumbuin pake tauco, bawang putih, gula, garam,merica, angciu, trus dibiarkan 1 jam. Panggang kurang lebih 30 menit (atau sampai kering, warna kecoklatan). Tapi karena manggang nya senin pagi, jadi buru2 yang benar2 coklat baru 1/3 nya, itu aja dijadi in lauk buat makan nasi sama suami. Sampai di rumah mertua, akhirnya di goreng tu samcan karna cari praktis nya, maklum udah banyak tamu dan dapur udh rame sama yg lagi menggoreng (jadi titip goreng). Tapi laris manis tuh samcan panggang  goreng.

    wah pinter masak jg ya…suami happy dunk dapet bapang..kl aku ga makan babi si jd misuany jg wajib puasa babi..kekeke
